three as four: sustainable eco fashion

Three As Four, a design collective from New York (Adi-Israeli, Ange-Russian, and Gabi-Palestinian) began collaborating in the late 1990’s. Together they won the Eco Domani Fashion Grant in 2001, and have thus been included in some of the world’s most prestigious Museums such as the Metropolitan Museum Costume Institute in New York, as well as the Victoria and Albert Museum in London. THREEAsFOUR collaborated with Ekovaruhuset constructing limited exclusive pieces for the eco store made of 100% organic fabrics. The dimentional cuts are magnificent!

Thanks for turning me on to the Ekovaruhuset site.

Unfortunately, three as four isn't a sustainable line (though I agree the work is gorgeous).

The Ecco Domani Fashion Grant is not an eco-related design competition. It was designed to uncover and support fresh new talent in the fashion world. Founded by the Prada Devil herself Anna Wintour and others.
